These are some pics of a finished card. You can see it fits nicely into a wallet and is about the size of a traditional paper card. FYI that Chinese restaurant is excellent!

Here's a pic of some finished cards. The machine just got done burning them and they're ready to be checked and cleaned up.

In this clip you can see the machine at work cutting out some of my business cards. It shoots a laser beam at the wood, burning it. It makes shallow burns to mark the wood, creating words and images. Then, if need be, it ups the intensity and cuts through the wood. Sorry for the poor quality of the clip. Hopefully I can get something better up soon!
